Known simply as Torres to many in the Hospitality Business, Michael is a life-long restaurant and hotel professional with 14 years of industry experience and a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Denver.
He brings hands on leadership experience and in-depth industry knowledge to clients via a broad range of consulting, training and management services.
He focuses on team member development, customer relationship management, and community involvement as the keys to achieving financial targets and high levels of guest satisfaction.
He is an effective communicator with a proven track record of success within independent, franchised, & corporate operations.
He is adventurous and creative when it comes to food and has an insatiable appetite for international travel.
He has first-hand experience with global lodging styles and trends from around the world and has served in management roles with industry leaders such as Marriott International, The Michael Mina Group, and Sage Restaurant Group.
